Is Psychosis The Side Effect Of Dexamethasone?

How long can a person have psychosis whe taking dextramethasone? My mother has a primary 4 brain tumor and has been on drug for 14 days. Had biopsy 1 week ago. Psychosis started day after surgery and continues. She is being weaned off and will start new treatment tomorrow.

such short course of dexamethasone wont cause psychosis, it may be secondary to mental trauma bcs of the cancer or other issues..
