Is Pulling A Muscle Around The Lung Possible?

Is pulling a muscle around your lung possible? Even with the slightest movement I feel pain in my front chest above my breast and in my back below my shoulder blade. I've done nothing abnormal in the past few days. I just woke up with this pain this morning.
