Is Re Polarization Abnormalities In Echo Gram Curable?

In recent cardiogram my doctor said the ηε found some heart problems and wrote on the paper: "repolarization abnormalities." I would like to ask you what problem I might have and if it is curable. I have enough a lot of extra kilos than normal , I have bland pressure and I am 57 years old.

I am afraid that there is some mis-communication. Repolarization abnormality is a term used for changes in electrocardiogram {ECG} and not ECHO as being suggested by your caption.
Repolarization abnormalities can be benign like early repolarization changes or they may be associated with underlying heart diseases like angina etc. Best interpretation can be done by looking at ECG and correlating with clinical circumstances.
