Is Recurring Bruise Outside Knee Related To Low White Cell Count?

Hi my daughter recently went to the doctors for an assortment of symptomsher glands were constantly up,she was very energetic some days and others she would be zapped, her eating was erratic,,they ran blood tests and all came back ok although they said her white cell count was a bit low which could be down to infection so would re test in a few months iff need be,since then I have noticed a recurring bruise on the outside of her right knee, she never knows where it s come from or how she might have got it,do you think this could be related?

Not related to the white cell count but it could be a problem with low platelet levels.

But sometimes unexplained bruising has no specific cause
