Is Redness And Swelling On Temple Post Injury A Cause For Concern?

My 18m old hit her right temple on our tv stand (she wasn t watching where she was going) it turned red and is swollen it seems to be fading and she is just laying around watching tv. No vomiting or current bruising just red and swollen. She seems to be walking and talking normally but seems drowsy. Should I be worried?

nothing to worry ... just keep ice pack to the red area ... give her lot of fluids which will improve your drowsiness .. but this is not connected with swelling ..
