Is Reduced Flow During Periods With Severe Cramps Concerning?

Hello, I m 16 years old. Since past 3-4 months my menstrual flow drastically decreased. It is even being delayed for 4-5 days. It last for 5-6 days. I even suffer with a severe menstrual cramps. Would like to know whether it is abnormal. If so what are necessry steps to be taken... My hb levels are- 10.9

No need to worry.
It is important that your periods should be regular.
Regular in the sense it should be 7 days on either side of actual date which is considered normal.
