Is Replacement Needed After Bending The Plate On Shoulders And Popping The Screws?

I broke my collar bone one month ago snowboarding. when i broke it a bone fragment was resting on the artery that runs threw my shoulder, my surgeon put a plate and seven screws to fix the problem. i recently bent my plate and popped two screws out of place it causes me more pain being bent. you as a doctor would u replace the plate?
