Is Right Bundle Branch Block Dangerous?

I have been having a lot of chest pain(sternum), chest pressure, shortness of breath, and fatigue. I recently recovered from pneumonia , asthma and bronchitis. My doctor ruled out asthma because my chest X-ray and lungs were clear. They did a ECG and it came out abnormal with complete right bundle branch block and refered me to a cardiologist. I have not been able to see him because my insurance is pending. Part of my family says it's dangerous and I shouldn't be doing anything until I see him and the rest say it's not and I can continue to work( I have to do a lot of walking while at work) I'm barely make it through the day without my chest hurting severely . Is RBBB dangerous?

Welcome to Health Care

RBBB by itself is not dangerous
The consequences depend on the cause – most of them too are innocuous
Because you have pain, it is better to be seen by a cardiologist, before embarking on strenuous physical activity
