General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the train journey is not advisable for patient post IUI on the 10th day of the procedure, as there can be multiple issues over the developing embryo inside the womb. I do recommend a flight journey or avoid train journey.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
