Is Robitussin Sufficient To Treat Walking Pneumonia Causing Painful Cough With Phlegm?

I was doing some strenuous cleaning three days ago it was very cold and I had mild cold symptoms a few days after I felt as if I pulled a muscle in my upper left side of back I am concerned now because I am still having cold ymptoms when I move my arm a certain way I feel pain andthis morning when I woke up itfelt difficult to breathe I do hav cough with some yellow tinged phlegm iv been taking robitussin is it possible I have walking pneumonia since I worked strenuously in fridgid atmosphere

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you had allergy and cold, due to the cold atmosphere,or the dust, or due to the viral infection.
As you have not attended, you had the secondary infection with bacteria, and pain could be due to the phlem in the chest.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine,ranitidine and paracetamol.
