Is Safe To Travel In Flight With Sinus Headache?

I tripped last night and hit my forhead very hard on a wood door. I don't know how I fall, it was middle of the night and I may was half slept I went back to bed and my head was hearting This morning my forhead has a big red mark the size of a quarter, and I have had a headache the whole day, from where i have the bump all the way to my nose. I feel tired and I am out of the country on a business trip. I have to fly back home in two days.
Am I safe to fly, and Should I be concern about anything else, I feel like a sinus light headache that runs also on the back of my head.

your headache is because of the fall. not because of sinus. take pain killers and little rest for a day or 2. you can fly provided you don't have other problems like giddiness , vomiting .
