Is Scab Formation At Laparoscopy Incision Site Normal?

about a week ago i had a cyst/tumor taken out they did it laparoscopy but because the cyst was so big they ended up making one big incision near my belly button, most of the incision is closed now but the rest of it has a lot of scabs and is pealing. is that normal? also one of the small incisions had a scab but it fell out is that normal as well?

Hi,
Its natural to have a scab after laparoscopic incision. Its a part of the body's healing system. It is dangerous to have any abnormal discharge though which indicates some underlying infection. You can apply a topical antibiotic though.
