Is Scanty Periods With Heartburn And Bloating Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi
I am trying to conceive,
im showing all the signs eg. a.m sickness, heartburn, indigestion, bloated, late but not missed periods - twice now - ive had short and light ones fairly noticeable as am normally on time and prepared.
do you have any advice prehasp?

In the current scenario, it is likely that you may have conceived since you have symptoms of very early pregnancy and scanty menstruation can happen due to implantation bleeding. The ideal thing to do is to go for an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres since home pregnancy tests may not be reliable.
