Is Sciatica With Back And Leg Pain, Anal Fluid, Thigh Pressure Treatable?

The doctor told me I have sciatica. I started taking gabapentin and naproxen. My back stop hurting. Then my leg from the side of my growing to my knee. Then my leg pain stopped know I have pain in my growing area and fluid is coming out of my anus a little at a time. I still have minor back pain but constant pressure in the creases of my thigh everyday now
