Hi My semen analysis says liguification 1 hour and final impression was Normospermia with secondary infection what does this means? below is the complete test result, Color : Grayish white, Odor : Seminel Reaction : Alkaline Viscosity : Normal Liguification time 1 hour. Total count : 70 mil/ml Active|sluggish|non motile % = 50%|20%|30% Morphology : Normal = 60% and abnormal 40% Pus cells : 06-08/HPF Epithelial cells : NIL Final impression : Immature forms seen and normospermia with secondary infection

it is normal assuch. can have inj penicilin 5lac unit for ten days. can repeat the test after 6months. what was the need of test. isit primary sterility. are you mmarried. give information in detail sothat further advise can be given.
