Is Semen Leakage From The Vagina Post Intercourse A Concern?

if I see with my wife and she stays for like 2 hours and stand up my sperm will come. I want to know the cause and importantly what to do in order to stop it because I what my wife to be pregnant and we have been trying that for like 9 mouth no sign of pregnancy. Pls I seriously need help and God bless.

Hello,

It will reach the uterus by the motility of sperm cells. The leakage is quite common and doesn’t matter and it will not affect the chances of pregnancy.
