So first rule out cause for abnormal motility and morphology.... Are you taking stress??? Stress and excess heat can affect sperm ... Here few leukocyte present so infection to genital tract ruled out... Antibiotic useful for it..... If you have smoking and alcohol excess history then also sperm motility can be affected.... Certain medicine like steroid can affect its result...... Vitamin and mineral deficiency like b12 , vitamin c and zinc deficiency has to be ruled out.... If still cause not clear then genetic causes can be there ...for which molecular study done.... Before all above investigation repeat semen analysis with 3 days sexual abstinence period....
