Is Severe Bleeding And Cramps Normal With Misoprostol Intake Post Miscarriage?

I recently had a miscarriage and took the tablets misprostal, i have been bleeding for over 2 weeks and it was starting to get very dark and not much blood at all. Now today i have cramping like a period and bright red fresh blood like a period is this normal??
