Is Severe Diarrhea After Taking Unwanted 72 A Matter Of Concern?

HI, Me and fiance has unprotected sex on Thur, Aug 9 and it was her 9th day of period. Her period started on Aug 1. She immediately took Unwanted-72 in next 4-5 hours and started having severe diarrhea from Fri, Aug 10 night. Anything we should be worried about? Is it pill side effect or early sign of pregnancy?

Hi,

Pregnancy is unlikely, you can go for a urine pregnancy test to check whether you are pregnant or not.

The diarrhea is not related to pill and may be due to gastroenteritis.

You can take ORS and loose stools settle by itself.

If symptoms persist you can consult a physician.
