Is Severe Headache During Chickenpox A Cause For Concern?

Hi Having severe headache during chickenpox. Have been taking homoeo medicine but not affecting the headache. Age - 53 chickenpox is on day 6 and the blisters looks like there is puss. Please advise what can be done for the headache. Can it be anything serious?
