Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Nasal crusting and throat irritation following FESS is common. General advice
1. Clean nose with proprietary nasal douche or simply with warm saline water
2. Use some soothing nasal preparations
3. Warm saline gargles to clear throat
4. Use face mask

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
