Hello,

You may be having sacral oedema or with secondary infection or anaemia or cardiac or renal failure etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done blood and urine examination is done. check it out kidney and cardiac function tests.

Sometimes dependent oedema may present like this. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
