Is Severe Pain In Groin Due To Muscle Pull?

I. Have. A pain in the groin area since yesterday on the right side. I did exercise the day before scissors with legs. Only one side hurts. No swelling no other symptoms except the top muscle of my upper leg is more sensitive to the other. Is it a muscle oor a clot?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
yes sever pain in groin can be due to muscle or ligament pull. You also had exercise a day before. It should not be any more problem like clot.
You should not take anti-inflammatory medicines like diclofenac with a muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone. You should not avoid activity or moving your leg. A ointment containing diclofenac with menthol such as volini can be effective. The pain would start decreasing in 2-3 days.

If pain persist visit a orthopedic surgeon
