Is Severe Pain In The Hip And The Inability To Lift My Leg After Injury To The Knee Due To A Fall Something Serious?

Fell from a truck bed carrying heavy object. Fell directly onto knee, straight down. This was months ago. Now have major hip pain laterally. Very difficult and painful trying to lift leg in supine position with knees bent. Also difficult and painful trying to lift leg off the ground in a seated position. Mostly lateral but also pain medially. No inguinal pain.
