Is Severe Vomiting With Brown Mucus After Esophageal Removal Normal?

My husband has his stomach and 1/3 of esophagus remove due to adenocarensoma stage 3 ever since he has been voting 4x a day mostly clear and white mucos but this week he has been vomitng brown mucus without no food. He has a tube for feelings at night. Would could this be. This like 8 weeks after surgery. And when he gets chemo he non stops vomits. But they gave him 2 weeks off and now this brown vomit which is worrying me

I suggest you take
Does he have any other symptoms like difficulties in swallowing and pain?
1. Take T. ondansetron every day before intake of food
2. I also advise you to undergo an Endoscopic procedure which will rule out the diagnosis.
