Hello,
Orgasm of the female is not a needed part of successful intercourse. Stress should be avoided;also any inhibitions that come to play during the act handled by communicating with the partner often help to improve the situation. Failure to produce lubrication can happen when there is insufficient stimulus, when there is hormone insufficiency and due to infections. Kegel's exercises can be helpful to maintain tone of the pelvis. Please get further help in person from a specialist. Hope this helps.
