Is Sgpt Of 170 U/l Normal?

Dear doctor, my sgpt is 170 ui/l, my cbc test found normal, and HBsAg is negative, i fell ill one week and taken some paracetamol after that i consult a doctor and done above testes. pls tell remedies, i was a medium alcoholic drunker.my age is 27, 169 height, 72 kg weight, my medical history is fine .

Well come to HCM
The over all history is suggestive of some liver pathology and this could be viral hepatitis and it is not advisable to take any medicine in this condition and this would come around, chances of increasing the SGPT may be there, but this is nothing to worry, hope this helps.
