Is Sharp Pain In Chest A Cause For Concern?

My daughter is 17 complains sharp pain in chest or a heavy feeling. It comes and goes really bad when coming in from cold or happens just sitting watching tv. Complaining hard to breath at times and dizziness. On a pain scale tonight she said it wax a 6 but went away. This is the 1st she told me. Is something I should worry about like taking to ER or just call doctor tomorrow?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to her age and the symptoms she has it could be due to hyperacidity and may be associate with dyspepsia it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone once in day, condition can be tested for other etiology and for that she may needs some investigation hope this information helps.
