Is Sharp Pain In The Shoulder And Arm Normal After A Cervical Spine Fracture And Continued Collar Use?

My cervical spine got fractured on an accident on 8th February this year. Doctor prescribed to wear a Philadelphia coller and this went on. After that on 23rd March I checked up with doctor along with CT Scan Report. On that the neurologist suggested to wear till 8th May to complete a 12 weeks course since the fracture is not healed but under progress. But i feel a bone pain at shoulder and arm joint specially when i move my left arm. The pain seems to be a sharp bone pain. Please suggest what to do? Is there any chance to cure it by wearing Coller? I am not prescribed any medicine for above...do I need ? Pleasee suggest. Please refer my report attached
