Is Sharp Pain On Left Side Of The Face Post An Injury Normal?

I just started working out after years of inactivity. I find that I get a sharp pain on the left side of my face that goes up into the left side of my head during the workout. I fell 3 months ago hitting the back of my head on concrete and suffered a concussion on the left back side of my head. Could the pain be related to that concussion?
