Is Shortness Of Breath And Lightheadedness A Result Of Physical Weakness?

This only happens when I carry something heavy or not heavy in my left arm or both hands together. Not every time. I get an uncomftable feeling on my left side and some shortness of breath. And a little lightheaded. An airy feeling goes up my neck on left side also. When carrying items just walking or steps. Doesn t last too long.
