Is Single I Pill Effective In Avoiding Unwanted Pregnancy After Sex?

Hello sir, My girlfriend s recent period cycle was on 6th jully upto 10th jully. We had an unprotected sex on 13th jully but I gave her unwanted72 pill then she started bleeding from next day i.e. 14th jully and upto 17th jully. Last night(26th jully at 2:00am) I had sex with her but unfortunately condom gets torn .I ejaculated inside her vagina . She took unwanted72 pill about 10 hours later. IS SINGLE PILL IS SUFFICIENT? or should I have to give her another? Will it be harmful?

Hello,

Taking Unwanted 72 pill within first 24 hrs gives more than 95% protection against unwanted pregnancy. Single pill is sufficient.

However, period may be irregular or late due to hormonal imbalance. I suggest her to undergo home pregnancy test if period delays more than 2 weeks.
