Is Sinus Arythmia Danger In Life?

I am 32 years old. I holded a rythm holter for 24 hours. the conclusions were: sinus rythm and sinus arythmia.

ISinus arythmia was faster during night ang its longest pause was 1.4 second. I wanted to know if sinus arythmia is a danger for life? What may it cause? what can I do? Thank you!

Hi welcome to HCM....

Normal heart rhythm is maintained by sinus node which lead electrical impulse generation....
So ECG shows normal rhythm and normal wave ....

But in some young people sometime this rhythm is irregular and leading arrhythmia ......

It is physiological also ....
If no sign and symptom present than no need for active treatment ....

Consult cardiologist for more opinion...

Take care ....
