Is Skin Peeling A Residual Allergic Reaction To Erythromycin?

my child recently had a course of antibiotics, as she is allergic to penicllin, she was given erythromycin, in which she had taken before and was fine with, however on this occasion she had a reaction to it, her face swelled a little mostly around her eyes and she had a very fine rash over her face, neck and body, soon as this happened i stopped giving her the medicine however now i have noticed she has some peeling of the skin in the same place, is there something else wrong or is it just the left over reaction. please help thank you
