Is Skipped Heart Beat Related To Ulna Nerve Damage After Elbow Replacement?

Once ot twice a day I seem to experience a skipped heartbeat or a little extra jump beat. What causes this?
I'm recovering from elbow replacement (Feb) which caused ulna nerve damage. Is this related? My BP is 130-140 over 79 most of the time & heart rate 55 to 60. I'm 84.

Dear sir

As per your query, ulnar nerve damage never causes skipped beats, but instead impaired pace maker activity might cause missed or skipped beats

Various degrees of heart blocks can cause skipped beats

Thanks
