Is Skipping Ova Shield And Continuing With Apcod And Macfolate Safe?

Hi I am trying to conceive I am 35 Last month dr gave me sipene Followed by apcod and macfolate I had my ovulation properly But we could have intercourse This month dr has suggestede ovishield it has to be started on day 3 of cycle But it is day 4
And it is ok if I skip ova shield and continue with apcod and macfolate
