Is Slight Bleeding Like Periods A Symptom Of Miscarriage?

hi, i am on the pill, but i didnt bleed on my 7 day break, this has never happend before so i took a home pregnancy test, which that was neg, but 2 weeks later i still hadent come on so i took another test which was positive, (3 days ago) yesterday i started bleedin, and im still bleedin now, its not heavy its just like a period, am i having a misscarriage? ive got slight cramps in my stomach and a few tiny clots.
