Is Slightly Itchy, Small Red Spots On The Body Anything Of Concern?

My 10 year old son has tiny pin point size red spots all over his body. They are not real bad at this time and don t seem to be really bothering him other then a little itch. that could just be because his skin is a little dry in the winter. No other symptoms.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be allergic condition or it could be some viral infection in either of this case Diphenhydramine lotion can be tried some time it may be self limiting and no need to worry about this just be patience it will be okay soon hope this information helps.
