Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Is Slowing Down The Process Of Ejaculation During Intercourse Dangerous?
hello doctor, I am perfectly healthy as my wife too, for the past 2 years we had been engaging in sexual activity for more than 4 hours per session. we use to to prolong the climax by slowing down our actions when nearing climax. does it will have any health problems in the future?
So long you are not taking steroids or medicines to prolong sexual sessions, it will not affect your health (you have not mentioned if you are taking or not taking such medications/drugs).
Sometimes, prolongation may result in dry orgasm when you may ejaculate little or no semen out of your penis. Ejaculate may end up in the bladder(retrograde ejaculation). If your ejaculation is normal, no worries.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
