Is Small Bump On Lower Eye Socket A Cause For Concern?

I have been having sinus problems along with a couple of infections in my eye and a slightly swollen lower eye lid. I am scheduled for a CT scan tomorrow. I have felt a small bump that sits on the bone of the lower eye socket. I am really worried that this could be something serious. Please help.
