Hello sir, I am ravi,I am just 30 yrs old,i am having a problam of whitening of hairs,Intially it start from my head,than turn to my beard then to my muschtak..n now its starting on hands n on chest took...?? I am still unmarried so I am very much worried about this.& one thing I want to mention here I smoked 2-3 cigarettes in a day..so will I stop it???..please suggest me..proper answer of this illness...n tell me which
