Is Smoking Marijuana Safe When Suffering From Heart Disease?

hello, i have a bicuspid aortic valve with mild to moderate AI, i am 21yrs old, physically fit, I play basketball and run and feel fine, occasionally i feel some chest pains but then i rest and they go away. I was also prescribed medical marijuana for crohn's disease, and I was wondering if it is ok to smoke marijuana with my heart condition. thank you!
