Is Soft Tissue Swelling Along With Small Erosion In The Proximal Phalanx Of The Great Toe A Concern?

SwDear Dr, I am a diabetic patient I have wound in left foot I Consulted Dr and doing alternate day dressing... Herewith I attached the X-ray report... 1)minimal soft tissue swelling visualised in the great toe 2)small erosion visualised in the proximal phalanx of great toe close to interphalangeal joint 3)rest of the visualised bones appear normal 4)no evidence of fracture 5)joint spaces or normal Pls send me your opinion

The X-ray of foot shows selling in soft tissue and some degree of wearing out of bone of great toe. There is no evidence of any kind of fracture.
