Hallow Dear,

I have gone through your brief history. I have understood your concern which seems to be quite valid.

However, the first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period. You have mentioned about your menses on 17th October. There is no mention about whether you had your periods after that or not. I will presume that after that you have missed your period, meaning thereby that you are having missed period for almost 24 weeks.

If you are pregnant then by this time, your uterus would be quite grown up above umbilicus. Do you can feel it to the hand?

Yes, soreness in the breasts is a symptom of pregnancy. However, with amenorrhoea for 24 weeks, ultrasonography is more reliable test to inform about the status of the pregnancy. Any Gynaecologist also can detect pregnancy at this stage by clinical examination.

Please report to your Gynaecologist.

I hope this helps you.
