Is Sore Breast,cramping And Missed Period Sign Of Pregnancy?

I am 32 yrs female, 5'2 height married and no children as not planned till now. I have irregular periods and my doc advised me to have duphaston. whenever i used to take duphaston after last day of medicine i used to get my periods with in 3 days also near to the date of my last periods. This time after having DUphaston its been 9 days over i still have not got my periods. My last period was Oct 20 2011. What do you think am I pregnant? i have put on weight and my breast is sore i do get cramps on an off. But not sure is it periods symptoms or pregnance? Please help me to understand.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here and as long as the question of pregnancy is concern this is very uncertain phenomenon and this could be prevented and if this is doubtful then it is better to confirm this and the best test is ultrasonography, this need to be get done to clear the doubt, take care and have a nice day.
