Understanding your concern. As per your query symptoms such as dry cough, shivering, fever, loss of apetite could be due to viral infection/ upper respiratory tract infection. I would suggest you to avoid cold beverages. Take throat lozenges. You should take nasal sprays and do warm saline gargles. You should take antibiotic Amoxicillin in combination with antiallergic medication Sinarest. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get blood test, throat swab test and paranasal sinus x-ray done and start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
