Is Soreness At The Nexplanon Implantation Site Normal?

I just had the Nexplanon implant put in 4 days ago, and at first all I had was soreness/ tenderness at the insertion site, after 24 hours I took my bandage off that afternoon, but that night my arm started to ache. It was dull and mostly annoying at first, but now it seems the pain is worse. It feels like nerve pain radiating from the back of my elbow into my wrist on the side of my pinky. My question: is this normal I’ve never had an implant before and it being so recent could it be part of healing or something?
