Is Soreness In Right Side Of Ribs Normal Post Withdrawal From Smoking?
Hello there. So ive been smoke free for around 9 days now and have been experiencing some of the normal symptoms of withdrawal. Slightly tight chest. Coughing. Irregular bowel movements. Today I experienced some soreness on the right side of my ribs probably one or two up from the bottom and I was just seeing if anyone else has experienced that or if that wad normal. I smoked between 1\2 a pack and a pack a day for around 8 years and am 26 y.o male

The chest pain is not normal after stopping smoking.I think that this pain is possibly related to the cough you are having. You should get examined by your doctor to listen to your lungs to check for allergy or bronchitis.
