Hi, doctor, my semen analysis report showing... Total count :54.4million,total count per ejaculation:136 million, total semen volume:2.5ml, Liquification time:50minits,odour&consistancy:Normal,Reaction:Alkaline,RBC & epithelial cells:Nil,pus cells:0-2,Agglutination:+,Motility-active-30%,moderate-35%,sluggish-15%,Non motile-20%,Normal-90%,abnormal:10% Abnormal forms:Pin & round heads... its normal result or not..pls explain?

If I have gone through the description of your semen analysis report and in short I can say that this is nearly a normal pattern!

Your sperm count, motility and normal forms are normal, but liquefaction time is more than 30 mins which could be regarded some unusual here! Pin and round heads are some abnormal forms and seen in all men, with varying numbers! Not to worry at all!
