Dear Sir/madam I am a 28 year old girl who suffered dengue fever last december and just after a week from recovery i'am experiencing hair fall in excess.i did consult my dermatologist and was given some zinc and calcium treatment and said that there is a female pattern hair loss and to start treatment with spironolactone in 2 months. with the many side effects is it advisable to start the spironolactone therapy.
